I'm quite obsessed with light. Light to light a scene, to set the stage or to be the subject. Light as a physical object. I also like to find photos that could almost have been taken many years ago, most often reminiscent of the 1930s through 1950s. But I like there to be something in there that marks it as now. That relationship between the past and present is something that has always interested me, and I hope to find it in my photos on occasion. Otherwise, I do seem to enjoy a good street candid as much as the next photographer. The world around us is a wonderful place.
