Andres is a Colombian born digital visual artist. His career began in 1998 as Art Director at Young & Rubicam (Medellin-Colombia). After two years he left Y&R and became Graphic Director at J Walter Thompson. He was then called to join the team at Jaime Uribe & Asociados Y&R (now TBWA) where he was Sr. Art Director for 4 years. In 2006 Andres moved to Miami to become part of Accentmarketing (one of the most important Hispanic market agencies of the IPG group). He is Sr. Art Director for accounts such as US NAVY, GM, Dunkin Donuts, amongst others and where he has been recognized with several awards such as Addy’s, Caribe and Ojo de Iberoamerica Advertising festivals. In 2009 Lürzer’s ARCHIVE Magazine chose Andres for their publication as one of the 200 best illustrators worldwide. At the same time, based in his experience with other photographers as art director, he felt in love with this discipline and began his career in photography in 2010.
