Andy Wills is an Ossett (West Yorkshire) based, photographer with a passion for taking pictures of just about anything that he feels is worth immortalising! .
Having given up photography in his early teens, the flame was re-ignited a few years ago after comments were made about some family “snaps” taken with a simple point and shoot.
Encouraged by this, he took a gigantic leap of faith, and a (not-so-cheap) Canon DSLR was purchased. Within a couple of months the “basics” of using a reflex camera came flooding back. In no time at all the fully automatic and “play zone” settings were discarded, never to be used again.
Moving on to the last couple of years Andy has learned new skills and techniques. These have been self-taught or with the guidance of more experienced (and in some cases professional) photographers, to whom he is eternally grateful of this.
Striving to achieve a balance in what is original, creative and sometimes challenging Andy now feels comfortable showcasing his works in public. Hopefully you will like them too.
