Railwaystation Liegé

This railwaystation by Santiago Calatrava is so amazing and so I decided to make a collection of this building.

Liège-Guillemins train station is the main station of the city of Liège, the third biggest city in Belgium. It is one of the most important hubs in the country and is one of the 3 Belgian stations on the high-speed rail network. The station is used by 36,000 people every day.

Klimahaus Bremerhaven 8° Ost

These are picture of a small series of this magnificent building and its surroundings.

The weather conditions were due to the slight breeze, which has partially prevents reflections, not quite optimal, but that does not stop me to take pictures.

And so I used the cold and beautiful weather for 4 hours to scan the building on my first (and certainly not last) visit. I have tried to select unusual locations.

Bremerhaven has only a few historical buildings, and the high street and city centre are almost exclusively post-war. The main attractions for tourists are found at the Havenwelten and include the German Emigration Center (since August 8, 2005) and the German Maritime Museum (Deutsches Schiffahrtsmuseum) from 1975, featuring the Hansekogge, a vintage ship dating from 1380, excarvated in Bremen in 1962, and the historical harbour with a number of museum ships, such as the Type XXI U-boat Wilhelm Ba ...
