I initially got into photography upon finding my fathers old Minolta 7000 35mm camera, and after taking some photos quickly realized I would want to switch to digital. In 2008 I then got my first DSLR, a Sony a350, where I could still use the old Minolta lenses. About two years later I found the Sony a little limiting, and decided to get the Canon 5D Mark II, mainly for its photographic qualities, but also to play with videography a little (some Videos can be found on YouTube). I'm currently a student of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland, but also spend a part of the year in Switzerland.
