My name is Cory Wagoner and I live in the heart of North Carolina, Wake Forest. It is a small but growing town just north of Raleigh. I started into photography when I got a job during my high school years at Wolf Camera, so naturally I got into photography. Soon after I bought my first DSLR(Nikon d50) but unfortunately had to sell the camera(i was too poor). It was not until 3 years later my mother purchased the Canon 50D and i got hooked back into photography. I was mostly shooting races that one of my friends participated in on the weekends. It was not until the Fair came into town that i got the photography bug. The way you can make the lights streak and create wonderful pieces of art got me obsessed with taking pictures. The way you can capture a moment with just one push of your finger still gives me goose bumps. I guess photography was in my blood. I found out that my Mom's dad was very into photography. He invested in a Hasselblad and when he retired used to take pictures and write articles for various magazines before his Parkinson got the best of him. So i know where i got this desire from and i plan of pursing this as a hobby/ profession on the side. I am still very much learning and always feel that i will learn something new every time i pick up my camera.
