I am privileged to live in Australia, a country renowned for its natural beauty and abundant wildlife. I have entertained a passion for photography since I was very young and yet after many, many years of being an avid amateur photographer, I am now embarking on a journey of further study and observation, expanding my skills and gaining, over time, that professional edge. I have gained experience with film cameras, film processing, printing and using darkroom equipment including photographic Printed Circuit Board fabrication over the years. I have previously built, equipped and operated my own darkroom, but these days I prefer digital image capture as it is definitely the way of the future, it opens up an infinite realm of photographic possibilities unheard of or difficult to achieve in the past. I love Natural, Landscape, Black and White, Macro, Architectural, Travel, Night, Infrared and Astrophotography but I have much more than just a passing interest in all other subjects and aspects of the photographic world.
