Many of photos posted here are what I describe as “photographs of opportunity” taken during travel and excursions often planned for other purposes, such as bird watching or site seeing. Others are the results of photo outings done in neighbouring parcs and wildlife reserves. As a biologist, I try to include some elements of the environment with the main subject or to capture its characteristics and behaviour.
