I am an aspiring photographer whose fields in photography are nature, sports, and portraiture. A dictionary records the definition of photography as "The art or process of producing images of objects on photosensitive surfaces;" but if you ask a photographer, the definition will be more accurate. To me, photography is not just a chance to capture a beautiful image. It is a chance to express the passions of my soul by using the wonderful masterpieces of beauty that God has laid out for all to enjoy weither it be in the colors of a sunset or in the beauty of a smile. My favorite quote to use is, "A photograph is usually looked at, seldom looked into." Many times in our busy lives we look, but truely never see. That is what drives my passion. Not that people will look at my pictures and see a good image, but that when you walk away from one of my images, your soul would have been touched.
