On May 19, 2012, citizens took to the streets to protest against the new law 78, restricting the right of associations, gatherings and protests voted by the Government of Quebec.



In Montreal, during a protest that began in the evening, the tention between protesters and local police (SPVM) is felt. The march is proceeded without any clashes, until the movement passes over the campus of McGill University. At this time, units of Intervention Groups (IG) have decided to charge people peacefully protesting. Parents, children, seniors were present. Without making any distinction, grenades were thrown at the tear gas in the protesters, there were several draws from rubber bullets and grenade launcher into the crowd. The tactic was clear, the manifestation had gone on long enough and they said it was time to disperse the crowd.

Le 19 Mai 2012, des citoyens sont descendus dans les rues pour protester contre la nouvelle loi restreignant le droit d'associations, de rassemblements et de manifestations voté par le gouvernement de Québec.



À Montréal, lors d'une manifestation qui a débuté en soirée, la tention entre les manifestants et la police locale (SPVM) se faisait sentir. La marche c'est déroulé sans aucun accrochages, jusqu'a ce que le mouvement passe sur le campus de l'Université McGill. À ce moment là, les unités des Groupes d'Interventions (GI) ont décidés de charger les gens qui manifestaient pacifiquement. Des parents, des enfants, des aînées étaient présent. Sans faire de distinction aucune, les grenades lacrymogène ont été jetté au dans des manifestants, il y a eu plusieurs tire de flashballs et de lance grenade sur la foule. La tactique était claire, la manifestation avait assez duré selon eux et il était temps de disperser la foule.

Il 19 maggio 2012, i cittadini sono scesi in strada per protestare contro la nuova legge limita il diritto delle associazioni, riunioni ed eventi varata dal Governo del Quebec.



A Montreal, durante una manifestazione che ha avuto inizio la sera, l'attenzione tra i manifestanti e la polizia locale (SPVM) si fa sentire. La marcia si svolge senza scontri, fino a quando il movimento avviene sul campus della McGill University. A quel tempo, unità di gruppi di Intervento (GI) hanno deciso di caricare le persone che manifestavano pacificamente. I genitori, i bambini, gli anziani erano presenti. Senza fare alcuna distinzione, granate sono state lanciate lo strappo in i manifestanti, c'erano attinge da diversi proiettili di gomma e lanciagranate tra la folla. La tattica era chiara, l'evento era andato avanti abbastanza a lungo e hanno detto che era il momento di disperdere la folla.

Here the hand of a young woman, came from Ontario for the weekend, that without interfering with the movement of protest, was taken to task by one of the Intervention Group SPVM. Resisting an attempted arrest without reasons, the young woman was thrown violently to the ground and was wounded in the hand.

Voici la main d'une jeune femme, venue de l'Ontario pour le week-end, qui sans se mèler au mouvement de manifestation, a été prise à parti par un Groupe d'Intervention de la SPVM. En résistant à une tentative d'arrestation sans motifs, la jeune femme a été projeté au sol violemment et a été blessé à la main.

Qui la mano di una giovane donna, è venuto dal Ontario per il fine settimana, che senza interferire con il movimento di protesta, è stata presa al compito da uno dei SPVM gruppo di intervento. Resistere un tentativo d'arresto senza motivo, la giovane donna è stato gettato violentemente a terra ed è stato ferito alla mano.

I used ti live in montreal and i never saw, this kind of movement, its a pity and i thought quebec was a peaceful place to do protests... I thought it was a free country, but noe i have my doubts, look like in my country....
