Well hello there! I've had an interest in photography and the visual arts for as long as I can remember. I was always searching for that "something" to do to express how I feel and how I see the world around me. It's been in the last 6-7 years that I've really worked to learn the craft of photography and developing a more discerning eye for telling a story through my camera. I'm completely self-taught and have never stopped learning and refining how I see my subjects as well as how I develop my images. The connection I've developed with photography transcends merely making pictures...it's fostered a deeper connection with the natural world, opened my eyes to really "see" what's around me in new ways, as well as being a very cathartic experience for me when I venture into these beautiful locations.
