I was fortunate enough that my parents helped me to explore my interest in photography in my early age. My father was a great photographer himself and he inspired me a lot. We use to have film cameras in those days, ever since then, I have worked towards defining my own style, honing my skills, and expanding my business, and this has enabled me to explore different styles of photography. And with the expanding digital age and internet I have been able to share my vision and experiences with an international audience. I began by shooting portraiture photography and events when I was in Melbourne, Australia and moved to Sydney where I transitioned into the ever-changing and challenging world of fashion photography. I made the move from Melbourne to Sydney in 2011and this is where I currently live.
I started my own photography business website and soon found myself shooting for fashion shoots, including location and studio photo shoots. I am always eager to grow as an artist and extend my business internationally, and love to connect with creative people in this industry to create some amazing outstanding work which can stand out.
My thoughts are that it is very essential to have an eye for storytelling and an attention to detail. Like the saying goes, “A picture can hold up to a thousand words.” I feel that the area in front of the lens is like a canvas to paint on and I try to get my vision communicated and expressed clearly when others look at my images. Thus, I like to create a storyline whenever I shoot, and aim for achieving a unique look that stands out from the rest.
My personal and professional experiences in life have been reflected through my work, and continue to shape me personally, and as an artist every day.
