Hi, I'm Jussi, a 21- year old part-time photographer from Oulu, Finland, photographing everything between interior photography, events and conceptual art. My journey began very differently from usual, as the path that led me to discover my love and passion emerged from the newly found era of mobile photography in 2010. More precisely, Instagram happened. As a part of something new, a community of photo lovers, amateurs and professionals sharing brilliant pictures and stories altogether, I was hooked and began making friends around the world all the while absorbing styles and analyzing thousands of photographs of all the greatest artist involved. It wasn't long before I had gained an international audience and was at the top 15 most followed non-celebrity of 2011 on Instagram with my account skwii [link] A year passed, and I had gotten a special job as a graphic designer for the Finnish army for my service that lasted 9 months. After the service ended, I gradually started doing more and more photographic work, and am still on that path. And I couldn't be happier of my choice! I've done events from seminars and happenings to concerts and theatre shoots. I've done interior photography for Kiinteistömaailma, stock photography for Ruokatieto.fi, a wedding and portraits for businesses and graduates. So, you could say my field of profession is quite wide, and it's a fantastic thing. Can't wait for more opportunities!' To this point I'm totally self-taught, but if all goes well, I'll be studying in the Lahti University of Applied Sciences to become a professional by tittle, too :)
