This photography portfolio is an eclectic showcase of some of my favorite and personally cherished photos. I have grown to love and respect the numerous genres of photography, but I mostly gravitate toward the opposing ends of the photographic spectrum...street photography and nature photography. I like to say that I shoot street from my heart, and nature photography from my brain. Depending on my mood, street photography allows me the freedom of relying on my intuition and timing to connect to the human element, whereas when I shoot the natural world I can take more time to compose, think and settle into the scene I'm trying to capture. Both have a special place inside of me to help channel an art and style that I like to call my own. I hope you appreciate what you see as much as I have enjoyed traveling, watching, waiting and experiencing the photographs I've placed here...These images are a part of me, and by viewing them you will understand a part of me as well.
