Remember what is most important...It's not having everything go right, it's facing whatever goes wrong. It's not being without fear, it's having the determination to go on in spite of it. It's not where you stand, but the direction you're going in. I survived a stroke in Sept 2003 which was to say the least DEVASTATING. It left me unable to walk and paralised my left side. I had to learn how to walk again from scratch and how to use my left hand. My rehabilitation is on-going and I have made good progress but still suffer with pain in my ankle due to fluid around the tendons and soft tissue. My hobby is photography and I am passionate about it. My family and friends are used to me taking a camera everywhere I go and it's always a special to spend time with my daughters and grandchildren I also have cats, 5 year old Frank, 3 year old Alfie, the Ginger Ninja and 4 month old Twinkle.
