Born and bred in the West Midlands, I answer to Lissy, Liss, or my real name Sarah, whatever takes your fancy! I’ve had a love of cameras and photography from a young age, but it’s only since 2002, after my son was born, that I’ve really taken a deep interest and studied techniques more. I’m passionate about all forms of art, having first worked as a window dresser, then a resin figurine painter for Lilliput Lane Land of Legend for nearly 2 years, then for Country Artists in Stratford upon Avon for 9 years, where in fact, I met my husband! I greatly appreciate others talents & I’m also a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to my own work, but I always put my all into every piece I do. I’m currently using more textures in my work as I feel it gives an image more depth & takes me back to my painting days.
