Fascinated by the aurora, portraiture and landscapes, photography has been a part of Mark's private life for nearly 40 years. It is only within the past few years that photography has become more a part of his daily career and matured into an art form that has its own special appeal. Composition, theme and lighting pose distinct challenges to most artists. These elements, however, are what this visual artist enjoys searching for and dealing with in his photography. Mark lives in northern Norway, roughly 300 miles north of the Arctic Circle.
