Matina Wilson is a sophomore at the University of Hawaii. When in Hawaii, she photographs with her Nikon Coolpix 8700, but when she goes home to California, she photographs with a friend's Canon t3i. She usually photographs friends and their horses. Right now, she is trying to branch out and photograph portraits, still life, flowers, and other animals. Matina started her own photography page on facebook at the end of last year. Stars and Butterflies Photography was named after a piano piece from the incredible movie Pride and Prejudice. She hopes that, one day, Stars and Butterflies Photography can become a side business and that it will bring happiness to people.
