Hi everyone, I’m Mohamed El Mahrsi, thanks for taking a look into my portfolio! I’m a computer engineer, currently undertaking a PhD related to machine learning and clustering techniques for moving object trajectories (if you didn’t understand what I just said it’s perfectly normal). I’m mainly interested in photographing landscapes, macro, nature and animals. It’s just amazing how your perception of things changes when you observe them thoroughly through your lens. Things that go unobserved for most people become amazingly stunning and beautiful and even the slightest detail becomes mind-blowing! I started shooting with a Sony DSLR-α230 that I bought just before taking a trip to Sierre, Switzerland in march 2010. Since then, photography become more of an addiction (although a healthy, creative one) and I even had to dedicate a whole budget for buying lenses and other photography-related stuff... So now, I’m shooting with a Sony SLT-α55 and I’m totally in love with some of the Tamron lenses that I own!
