Nadav Havakook is a self taught photographer. His goal is to capture the true emotion of his subjects and bring life to any vision or direction, from the conception to completion. His unique style of photography has earned him an international and national reputation.
Greatly inspired by photographers such as Ansel Adams, Vincent Laforet, David Lachapelle, Steve McCurry and others, Nadav discovered his greatest talent and has been studying the art and techniques of photography since 1999, leading him to the determination of a lifelong choice. In addition to fine art photography, Nadav specializes in portraits, events, and commercial photography of venues and other exotic locations. He seamlessly combines photography with various visual components to create a fusion of reality and imagination.
"While flipping through old family photo albums as a child and exploring photo exhibitions as an adult, I realized the perpetual nature of a single photograph and the joy of capturing life’s moments through the lens. Photos are gonna stay fresh forever, that's the magic of taking them! One of my greatest passions in life is photography and not long after I began doing photography seriously, I discovered my personal preference for capturing images of urbanscapes such as old buildings, structures, industrial interiors, and environmental portraits."
Nadav's images have and are still being exhibited in NYC and Israel. He chooses never to leave home without his camera and never lets a good picture pass him by. With a magnificent collection of photographs, Nadav has built his portfolio, which has established him as a reputable photographer for years to come.
