What happens, when someone click"DISLIKE"

I'm really wondering what happens when someone click the "Dislike" button.
Is then the voting diminuished by some points?
From my side, the voting should be personalised on both sides, like & dislike so no one
can click the dislike without showing his face.
That would help to kick-out the dislike-clickers from this phantastic site.

if so, administrators would not be able to hide their evil ways to select want they want to show on the site.
