I am an hobbyist photographer only taking up photography when I retired. I have been interested in nature and in particular birds since I was a boy so once I started photography it was a natural to concentrate on wildlife. I am very much a local patch man and apart from taking my Camera on holiday once all my shots are got from within 10 miles or so from my home. I live in North Devon which is in the south west of England and my main stomping grounds are along the Taw and Torridge estuaries.
