Photography, to me, is an art of self-expression. I make pictures for myself, to identify with hidden qualities of my character, to better understand my reality, and to express my interpretation of the world around me.
I love to travel to places that are unknown to me. Travel photography lets me bring the joy of exploring the unknowns to my everyday life.
I am passionate to work with landscapes and nature. I aim to illustrate either abstract or factual evocative scenery as a motif to manifest the idea of imagined space and colour, a reminder that what I create through the viewfinder is only real to me.
Sometimes, I make pictures that call attention to things that may be overlooked in normal situations. This exploration of the overlooked helps me engage more deeply with where I am in space and time.
Finally, I am inspired by the moments we lose to memory. I hope to bottle up the priceless moments in my photographs to save for later and for the future generation.
