I was born in the interior of B.C. Canada, but was raised during the first half of my life in Germany. I have always been fascinated with photography but could never afford the film or the development of it. Needless to say I was more than likely the most excited person in the world when I learned of digital photography. There are a few things which I realy enjoy in life. On the top of that list are flowers as I'm sure anyone can tell by my photos, after that I would have to say, birds especialy, hawks, eagles and humming birds. I also enjoy the mountans, oceans, rivers, lakes and the forest. Actualy I love nature in general. But unfortunately I live in the city and don't own a car, so I rarely get out to the country. But I'm hoping that some day soon that will change. When I'm not out taking photographs, I'm usually, cooking, baking or outside tending to my flower and vegetable garden or playing with my best friend, my dog Bear. I have four children who are all grown and moved out of the house. I guess they call that, being an empty nester, which I think is kind of a silly thing to call it, because my house is rarely ever empty. I have twelve grandchildren and one and a half great grandchildren. Lol. The half great grandson being dew any day now. I can hardly wait to meet him. Which brings me to something else I enjoy doing. I also enjoy all sorts of crafts and at the top of that list is crochetting. Anyway that's all I can think of at the moment. I always feel silly writing about myself. But I realy don't know why.
