Sometimes mixing photos, drawings and graphic design. A full imagery and urban histories, where the earnest and the innocent interact, transmitting through present and past. Arousing the imagination and sharing the cynical aspect of a situation, that's my purpose. After this, the dark side of these explorations appears to me like an evidence of the importance of the Urban. It is an impulsive, expulsive, immediate, raw initiative, that rests on the Sensitive, on Imagination. Abandoned places are for me the ideal set for each shooting I imagine. And these sites are the real actors. For the Dreamersʼ serie, I asked people to tell me their dreams or nightmares and took pictures of them in abandoned places that used to be very important for the town (Pau, in the south west of France), whether it was concerning the architectural or the sociological side of its history. It was strange and amazing to observe these persons being in such dark places. Their emotions and feelings were totally differents there. And the pictures are too.
