Images by Alton Thompson (唐博敦) appear in exhibitions and international publications. Stock images are available upon request. Alton's work recently provided the subject of the exhibition Les Rencontres (Encounters) in New Taipei City. Alton's largest undertaking to date is the Taiwan Mussorgsky Project. This series of 400 images prepared over two years has been shown in coordination with live public performances of Modest Mussorgsky's Pictures at an Exhibition in Taiwan's National Concert Hall and National Palace Museum. In its first year of operation the Alton's Images photoblog was voted one of the Taiwanderful directory's Top Three photography blogs for the year. Alton is a professional musician who maintains an active schedule as a conductor, artist and performer. A native of Florida (USA), Alton holds degrees from the Florida State University, the University of Memphis, and the Peabody Institute of the Johns Hopkins University.
