I am a dreamer, artist and photographer currently living in Chicago. As long as I can remember I have been fascinated with photography and the opportunity to preserve a moment in time. I was raised in North Carolina and will always be a southern girl at heart. My mountain upbringing has shaped who I am and in turn influenced what motivates me to create. It is impossible to separate my portfolio, and who I am, from my roots. Natural elements, personal histories, and the idea of home are themes that come up time and time again in my photos.
