Meet Anette, the Professional Nature & Wildlife Photographer! Nothing stops her passion for shooting photographs. ... not the rough, furrowed horn of a rhinoceros protruding from the Africa veldt's high grass. ... not the young cheetah's black eyes. ... not even the icy desert landscape, extending up to the horizon. Her wonderful journey started at 16, and since then she has been able to convey her enthralling and unique encounters with nature & wildlife, to the viewer of her photographs. Anette's photographs are powerful enough to make you 'feel' rather than just 'see' the shots of her journeys. Over time, she has developed an unexplainably intense connection with nature & wildlife, that has propelled her profession as a photographer. The time outside in harmony with nature is already gratifying as such”, she says. Seoul, Beijing, Kuala Lumpur … For the last 15 years, Anette and her husband have lived in many different countries – 12 of which were in Asia. Her experience there has taught her much about Asian culture and has generally contributed much to her cultural awareness, she says. After moving to South Africa, she began to visit the Kruger National Park and other game reserves every weekend in order to capture the best possible images of the animals there. The aim of her wildlife-images is to capture movements and events in such a way that the viewer feels part of the scene. Anette’s landscape images often capture places, which can only be described as magical and to which she is drawn time and again with her camera. Outsiders may see a confirmation of her success in the publication of her images in National Geographic and other media. For Anette, the time spent in nature behind the viewfinder is the biggest reward. What are you waiting for? Join Anette on her safaris through nature & the wild!
