Hi, thanks for checking out my profile. I'm an aspiring photographer interested in travel, science, mountaineering, my wife and drinking beer. Not necessarily in that order. I've been taking pics for over 5 years now. Traditionally I've been most interested in travel photography, but I've now recently become a father and surprise surprise, portraiture has now become more interesting to me! I'm also playing around with learning video and would love the opportunity to do more landscape and nature photography but don't get as many chances as I would like. I'm open to any and all constructive criticism and comments, Please ask me if you'd like to use or license any of my photos, you can email me and I'll respond asap. I've also recently begun work on creating a blog (or rather re-starting a blog). The premise is around "Travel photography for the uninitiated" - simply meaning those of you who recently bought a new DSLR and are looking for places to go to take some basic pictures, along with some high level tutorials on things like basic photography, HDR, panorama's, etc. It's a work in progress but please feel free to stop by and check it out! And finally, my wife and I have embarked on a joint 365 project via Instagram; it's called #365Everywhere and both of us are uploading photos to Instagram and my photo stream on Flickr.
