Benjamin’s love of nature and photography began in his formative years. Growing up in the Pacific Northwest has left an indelible mark on his perceptions of nature and how man interacts with it. Just steps away from pristine, primitive forests and delicate ecosystems, Benjamin was able to experience nature in balance. As a citizen of the world, he has viewed the results of man’s destructive inte...ractions with nature. He himself is faced with daily choices that effect our environment. “Paying attention to the importance of the smaller details within our natural world, can pay dividends to the way we manage our lives and resources. While I can’t always be in the environment I wish to be in, my photos are a reminder on the importance of making the right choices."
