Street photographer, Baltika connoisseur, part-time expat ... not always in that order.
I create photographs and totally enjoy practicing the craft. Started as a kid learning the nuances of black and white photography and studio lighting with a few hot lights and a borrowed camera in Florida. Began the transition to digital photography in 2000 with a camera I picked up to take on a trip to Russia. Switched to Canon in 2005. Currently living in the burbs of Washington, DC with a beautiful lady I met in Russia and eventually married, now with two kids, two dogs, two goldfish, two cars, too much fun.
Don’t get me wrong, I like DC, but now giving increasing consideration to spending more time as a part-time expat … Krasnodar, maybe Sochi.
