I ask myself why I like taking pictures...that is, why I am almost obsessed with it. I've come to the conclusion that it is part "journal" and part "journey". It is a way to keep a pictorial "journal" of
the scenes and events surrounding me, featuring the wildlife and colors outside my own front door. And then again, it is a spiritual "journey" in that it is an extension of a daily devotional time with my Creator. I see things with the camera that I would neither be able nor take the time to see otherwise. And thankfully there is so much to learn that the "journey" can last a life time.
