I am a longtime newspaper photographer who actually started with film(!) My focus is photojournalism as I have worked at daily newspapers since 1989. I currently am on staff at the Fresno Bee in Fresno, CA where I have been since 1999. I started as a shooter there and moved to assistant photo director for about three years before returning to shoot again. I have been running my own photography business, Craig Kohlruss Photography, since 2008. I shoot weddings, portraits, events, editorial freelance and some commercial work.
