Just starting to get a bit more serious about photography, lots to learn, but enjoying it so far. Be glad of any feedback you want to give me on the photos I've taken (as long as its constructive of course). Always seeking improvement!
Using a Canon EOS 7D with an 18-200mm lens, and Speedlite 580EX II Flash. I have a Vanguard 283CT Tripod and SBH300 Ball Head Mount which I am very pleased with. I am adding various other lenses when possible, just bought a Canon 50mm f/1.4 prime lens, which I'm just beginning to use. Something for Macro would be nice, and a better telephoto lens, but in time I'll add to the kit I've got. I don't have any particular interest at this stage, but happy to try most forms of photography to see if something really grabs me.
I take lots of photos, but tend to only upload something I think is "half decent". Photography is a hobby for me, not talented enough to make a living from it, so time is spent working for "the man" and taking care of family. The good news is that helps me fund my hobby, but the flip side is I don't get to spend as much time as I'd like doing it. I've also discovered how much time it takes to learn some basic post processing, so using either Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom to do that.
Hope you see something you like.
