My name is Dragos Bardac and I'm a photographer, designer and filmmaker based in Bucharest, Romania. I started photographing with the first digital camera my parents bought. Even now I remember arguing with them about the fact that I didn’t want any people in the frame. I took a lot of pictures, exploring every little detail. Photography took me a step closer to the art of moving pictures - cinematography, another passion of mine. I have a Bachelor Degree in Photography & Video from the National University Of Arts, Bucharest Romania. I have graduated the "Technique of Photography" course at the "Ioan I. Dalles" University. I have received several awards from which I would like to mention: 1st Prize at two categories at the 15th Edition of the National Tourism Photo Exhibition 2012 and Best Music Video at Festivalul de Piatra 2011 for the Life Buoy by The Pixel (a stop-motion animation music video that combines my two passions) I know I have a lot to learn and I try to do so as much as I can. I believe learning is something we are going to do for the rest our lives, so I try to gather a little something from every experience I go through.
