Hey guys!
My name is Erez, I'm an Israeli nature photographer, engineer and musician. I started my way in the DSLR world in March 2008, and since then I've become a hopeless addict. Today, in addition to regular shoots, I teach photography in Israel's best schools, lead private courses and workshops and guide photography trips worldwide.
My two main interests are macro and landscape photography. To me, both these fields are all about revealing the intricacy and beauty of the world surrounding us. My macro images are shot in the wild, exhibiting the creatures' natural environments and surroundings. Needless to say, all subjects are absolutely free and alive (unless being eaten by another creature...).
I put a special emphasis on quality, always making sure my images are as sharp and clean when viewed full size or printed as they are when viewed at smaller sizes. As far as I'm concerned, technique is a tool and not the goal, yet without it the artist cannot fully express his vision, making it a necessary and preliminary tool.
I hope you'll enjoy my images.
Erez
