I like: - taking pictures, more outside than inside - waiting for the light - strolling around, watching the world around me - talking to people, being curious - sharing my pics with you & getting your feedback - quirky, weird things - sudoku - Theo Allofs, Joe Cornish, Norbert Rosing and of course > Galen Rowell I started photography decades ago with Nikon FM / FE cameras and some fine manual focus primes. My recent pictures were all taken with DSLRs, starting with a Canon 40D in 2007, soon followed by a Nikon D700 in 2009, today it is a Nikon D600 with some zooms (16-35 VR, 24-85 VR, 70-300 VR) and additional with fast prime lenses (28, 50 and 85, all f1.8). The latter I do prefer for a shallow DOF, top notch resolution and less weight. Please note: All my photos presented here are under my solely copyright!
