In the Veneto Region, where he has been working on eGovernment in the Community Network project, he created the first intranet network based on workspaces and dynamic 2.0. He developed, together with partners from different Italian regions, Ritef, the "network of regions for e-learning" and he has been one of the protagonists of the Cisco Networking Academy in Italy since the early 2000. He currently works as consultant for universities, government ministries and agencies to disseminate the dynamics and values of collaboration and participation. " He is the president of Assint (association for the development of innovation and new technologies), a member of the executive of the Institute for Policy Innovation, founder / facilitator of the network of innovators in public administration, a member of the Scientific Board of egov magazine and founder of the Italian Association for Opengovernment.
