An award winning photographer based in Singapore, Weizhong was introduced to photography by chance during an overseas exchange program. That same year saw him taking an extensive series of trips to nearly 30 prefectures covering most of Japan’s rural and urban landscapes, resulting in several successful solo showcases in Japan.
