New to 500px

I found about this site from listening to podcasts and decided to check it out. It is awesome, reminds me of flickr when it first started out before the masses ruined it. "Feels" like a great place to hang out and the photography standards are extremely high, I feel like I'm in the presence of greatness at times and realise just how much I need to learn to make my photos fit in this high calibre camp. Thoroughly enjoying the site and with Google+ too, I think I will dump FB, Twitter and Flickr and stay here.

Grant, I agree with the "feel" here! It really does make you push yourself to produce better images.

I'm blown away by the blog and photo layout, makes it so much easier to meet new folks too.

I tossed away smugmug and flickr myself, smugmug has great quality but lacks community.
