IT and technology geek by day, photography nut full time. Outside of books and magazines, I am completely self taught. I found I had a passion for photography back in 2001 with my first digital camera (an Olympus 3.1mp), but it fully took off in 2009 when I got rid of my Nikon D100 and upgraded to the Nikon D300s, I haven't had a chance to look back yet.
While I prefer landscape and wildlife photography, I have been branching out into the portrait and event areas of photography.
