Originally from the UK, I have resided in the USA for 27 years and now make beautiful northern California my home. Ever since I can remember I have loved being outdoors. I can thank my mother who would bring my siblings and I for long walks in the English countryside. Running through crisp, colorful autumn leaves; the smell of cherry blossoms in the spring; or the glimpse of a red squirrel scurrying up a tree would bring tremendous joy. As an adult, it has become a necessity. Immersing myself in the natural environment is such an uplifting and liberating experience. Documenting and sharing the beauty I see and experience through the lens of a camera has become a passion. I support a number of wildlife and environmental organizations and donate images to non-profits.
