José works as a researcher and lecturer at the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain. He has been travelling allover the world for a long time, due to his work (France, Denmark, Australia, USA, Peru, Ecuador, Morocco, Germany, UK, Ireland, China...). Unfortunatly, he discovers the photography world very late (just in May 2011) and now he does not travel as much as before. However, there are still good places to shoot in the Canary Islands, where he lives, and there will be still some more trips to come. The fact is that he enjoys a lot this new hobby and what he wants is just to learn and become a good amateur. He also likes cooking, reading and sports.
