Finding my own path between detail and abstraction while striving for strong composition. Artistically, I started out drawing and then tried painting, printmaking, and sculpture. There are things that I liked about all of those media, but photography has turned out to be the best fit for my personality and creative process. Digital photography has been a game changer; the instant feedback and quick iteration that digital affords work really well for me.
