Jörg Franzen takes photos for nearly 30 years. He started with a pocket camera. After that he used the Voigtländer VITO CL of his father, a rangefinder camera. Slide film and different Minolta cameras accompanied his way until 2005. He switched to a digital Konica Minolta Dynax 7D in that year. In 2010, a Sony Alpha 55 joined the equipment, that was replaced by an Alpha 77 in 2013.
His photographic main focus is architecture, nature and technique.
He launched a personal web site showing his photos in 2008 (http://www.joerg-franzen.de/).
