Bad photoshop trick
Published August 5th, 2012
(I hope you understand my englisch it's not so good)
In the old days fotos were made in the dark room, there were no printers and no photoshop. The best photographer who earned the most money of course went to the best develop studios but the most had to do it themselves
I remember that once in a while it was needed to give some parts of the photo more or less light. To do so I took a carboard and cut it into the form of the foto which needed more or less light.
Some Photographers did this very hard and then you can really see the lighter aura around the parts which got less lights...
How do you do this in photoshop? I am not the Photoshop profi like many others here, eventhough the first time I used it, it was version 2.5 (for windows)... I use it to make spots away to get the colour right etc
But also very seldom though to give some parts more lights then others.... Here an example....
I presume you know photoshop so I am not going into the details how to select etc...
