I have severe fibromyalgia, a pain disorder that makes doing everyday tasks almost impossible. I use photography and other forms of art (drawing and painting) to help manage my symptoms and forget about my pain. When I am behind the lens, staring at my subject, that is all I can focus on and I feel almost normal again.
