I'm a photographer and I think that sometimes life's a fairytale! As a child I watched my father laying down on the ground with his camera, ready to shoot tiny insects. I could sit in a corner with his photography books and dream away by the pictures I saw. Now I can create my own stories and photo's and I hope my viewers can dream away by my photo's as much as I can while making and seeing them. My pictures are often described as fairytalish and romantic, though the themes are still recognizable for almost everyone. I love to make photo series with a certain story and I'm inspired by mythes, old tales, everyday life, nature, colors and much more.
