I'm a photographer, videographer, 3D camera layout artist and senior character animator working in video game development for the past decade. I animated characters for the first seven years of my career but my passion for photography, composition, lenses, camera positioning and movement has led me to spend the past three years involved in the creation of video game cinematics. I've been responsible for breaking down scripts and/or storyboards into 3D animatics using production environments, characters and props. I am employed at Airtight games where I play the role of digital cinematographer. In this role I work closely with the directors establishing the key story moments within the arc of each scene through meaningful use of focal length, angles and camera movement. I'm thankful that my primary job complements with my passion for photography and storytelling.
