Born in San Antonio, Texas, I came to love photography after being introduced to the art by a friend during the summer of 05'. I became infatuated with cameras and what you could capture through a viewfinder. I began to document my life, my friends, my family and my town before my family made a move to Hawaii. What was once a serious hobby became a major part of my life and before I left high school I had gotten a taste of what it felt like to shoot in the commercial world. Soon after graduating, I made a move back to Texas for half a year to reconnect with my roots and so began this profession.

I quickly began documenting the Texas music scene, shooting for local bands on little to no budgets. Once I learned what it meant to be a "starving artist" I decided it best to kick it up a notch and utilize my skills as a photographer for a career. I got in by the hair of my chin with "Alternative Press Magazine" and the next chapter began. I was then shooting for editorials and working with major record labels such as Capitol & Virgin Records. It was at this time that I fell in love with portraiture. There was something about capturing people on camera that just stuck with me.

After a short time in Texas, I made a move back to Hawaii to further my career and expanded to the wedding industry where I started a boutique wedding photography business known as Beloved. Since then my love for portraiture has grown even further and I still find myself working for editorials and photographing people.
